. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
To join the Sign To Show Affiliate Program, you must complete the online registration form.You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts.Only individuals who are 18 years or older may participate.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn 25% of the monthly subscription fee for each new client they refer, as long as the referred client remains subscribed to Sign To Show.Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and will be paid out within [X] business days of the month’s end.Standard affiliates can refer up to a maximum of 10 clients.If you are interested in referring more than 10 clients, you may apply for VIP affiliate status by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Payment Terms
All payments will be made via PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your PayPal account details are correct and active.If you do not have a valid PayPal account, you will not be eligible to receive commission payments.Payments will be issued based on the referred client’s monthly payments. No payments will be issued if the client cancels or defaults on their subscription.
4. Referral Guidelines
Affiliates may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts for the purpose of earning commissions.Referrals must be new clients to Sign To Show and must use your unique affiliate link to qualify.If we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to false referrals, we reserve the right to withhold or revoke commissions and terminate your affiliate account.
5. Promotion Restrictions
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Sign To Show through legal and ethical marketing methods.Misleading promotions, such as false claims about Sign To Show’s services or pricing, are strictly prohibited.Affiliates are not permitted to use paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to promote their affiliate links.
6. VIP Affiliate Program
VIP status is available to affiliates who have reached their 10-referral cap and wish to continue referring clients.VIP affiliates may receive additional benefits and increased referral limits. To apply, contact us at [email protected].
7. Termination and Account Suspension
Sign To Show reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at its sole discretion if any of these terms are violated.If your account is terminated, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
8. Modification of Terms
Sign To Show reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Liability
Sign To Show will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue) arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program.We make no representation that the operation of the Sign To Show website or affiliate system will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
