Service Description
Sign to Show provides a software platform designed to facilitate the creation, sending, and receiving of signed agreements efficiently. The service is intended for users who require quick and reliable agreement handling. Additionally, customers subscribing to the monthly plan will incur charges for SMS messages and emails as per the rates of Sign to Show's delivery providers.
Pricing and Payment
Monthly Plans:
- Single User: $39.99/month, billed monthly. **Setup Fees:**
- Team (up to 3 users): $99.99/month, billed monthly.**Setup Fees:**
- Single User: $419.99/year, billed annually. **Setup Fees:**
- Team (up to 3 users): $1068.00/year, billed annually.**Setup Fees:**
- Single User: $150. Fees
- Team (up to 3 users): $200. Fees
Payments are due upon sign-up and are collected through our online billing system. Monthly subscribers are billed each month, and annual subscribers are billed yearly. In case of unsuccessful billing, service will be paused for 10 days pending payment, after which the account will be deleted without recovery if payment is not made.
User Registration and Account Management
Users are required to provide standard contact information to register and purchase services. Account credentials may be updated at any time without penalty.
Usage Policies The use of SMS and email functionalities provided by Sign to Show must not be used for marketing purposes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without a refund and may also incur monetary fines.
Intellectual Property Rights
Sign to Show owns the software through a licensing agreement. All user-generated content, including contracts and legal documents, is the property of the user. Sign to Show does not assume responsibility for the content of user-generated agreements. The service is strictly for delivering and collecting signed legal documents and must not be used for marketing purposes unless specifically agreed to by Sign to Show.
Termination and Cancellation Policy
Users wishing to cancel their subscription must provide written notice 15 days before the next billing cycle for monthly plans and 60 days for annual plans. Details regarding the termination conditions for both parties are included in the full policy documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Sign to Show is a software provider and not a legal services provider. The company's responsibility is limited to the provision of software functionality for the delivery and collection of agreements. Sign to Show assumes no liability for the content of agreements created, shared, or signed through its platform.
Amendments and Modifications
Sign to Show reserves the right to amend these terms and any associated policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Florida, USA.
